Marukyan Discusses Solutions for Bank Congestions with Javadyan
The leader of the LHK faction in the National Assembly, Edmon Marukyan, has announced on his Facebook page that he had a phone conversation with the President of the Central Bank of Armenia, Arthur Javadyan, to discuss solutions to the congestion in front of banks.
“I just had a phone conversation with the President of the Central Bank of Armenia, Arthur Javadyan, with whom I discussed the issues of queues and congestion of citizens in front of bank branches across the country. The Central Bank President informed me that measures are being taken to have banks hire additional staff, extend operational hours, and encourage customers to utilize internet banking in order to regulate queues in front of banks,” Marukyan wrote. “I hope the issue of congestion in front of banks will be resolved quickly.”
