Moscow River Floods Due to Heavy Rainfall
The Moscow River has overflowed its banks due to heavy rainfall recorded in May and June. According to Gazeta.ru, this has been confirmed by various media outlets.
Between May 29 and 30, the amount of rainfall was three times above normal, totaling 159.9 mm, which caused the river to flood in certain areas. However, the river has since returned to its natural course, and water levels have decreased.
