Igor Ghahramanyan Appointed Deputy Minister of Health of Russia
Igor Ghahramanyan, a politician of Armenian descent, has been appointed as the First Deputy Minister of Health of Russia. This was reported by the RIA Novosti agency.
Prior to this appointment, Ghahramanyan served as a member of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation and held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Social Issues Committee.
