50 Volunteer Soldiers Selected for COVID Vaccine Trials in Russia
The Russian Ministry of Defense has selected volunteers for the testing of a coronavirus vaccine. This was announced to reporters by the agency on June 2, as reported by TASS.
To verify the safety and efficacy of the vaccine, 50 soldiers have been chosen, among whom are five women.
"All candidates in the ministry underwent preliminary examinations and testing. No diseases were diagnosed in them for a month," the ministry stated.
