Meteor Explosion in Turkey Seen in Kotayk Province

A large meteor explosion occurred in the sky of Turkey's northern Trabzon province. Residents witnessed the extraordinary phenomenon on Thursday night. Intense bursts of light and noise were reported across several regions, according to Daily Sabah.

Residents of Kotayk Province in Armenia also observed the event. As previously reported, a meteor fell between Hrazdan and Hankavan. It was noted that the meteor sighted in Armenia may have fallen in Turkey.
