Georgian Government to Subsidize 4% of Mortgage Loans for Five Years, Says Gakharia

According to Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia, as part of an anti-crisis program, the Georgian government will subsidize 4% of mortgage loans, as reported by 1tv.ge.

“The Georgian government will subsidize 4% of all mortgage loans signed until the end of the year for a period of five years. This will contribute to creating real demand in the construction market during this period and at the same time help all citizens who want to improve their living conditions,” Gakharia announced.
