Major Car Accident in Lori Region: Iveco Truck Collides with Mercedes

On May 25, a major car accident occurred in the Lori region. At around 19:00, on the Vanadzor-Dilijan highway, near the village of Margahovit, a collision took place between a Mercedes vehicle with the license plate 35 XZ 046 and an Iveco truck with the license plate 36 SN 032.

As reported by shamshyan.com, the driver of the Mercedes was extricated from the vehicle with great difficulty by the firefighters and rescuers from Vanadzor, using special equipment. The driver was then transported to the Vanadzor medical center by ambulance. The police are working to establish the identities of the drivers involved.
