Reports of Alleged Violence Against Detainees in Kapan Sent to Special Investigative Service
Gor Abrahamyan, an advisor to the Attorney General of Armenia, stated on his Facebook page: "The reports in the media regarding the alleged use of violence against individuals detained in the Kapan police department have been forwarded from the Office of the Attorney General to the Special Investigative Service of Armenia.
In accordance with Articles 180-181 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Armenia, an order has been issued to prepare materials and resolve the proceedings."
