Artsakh CEC Grants Arayik Harutyunyan Presidential Certificate
The Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Artsakh has made a decision today, on May 15, to grant a presidential certificate to Arayik Vladimirovich Harutyunyan, who was elected as the President of the Republic of Artsakh on April 14, 2020.
The traditional ceremony for handing over the certificate to the elected president was not held at the Central Electoral Commission due to the need to adhere to the regulations established in response to the state of emergency aimed at preventing the spread of the new coronavirus in the Republic of Artsakh.
The Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Artsakh congratulated the elected president Arayik Vladimirovich Harutyunyan and wished him fruitful activity and success.
