24-Hour Ban on Activities of 12 Enterprises in Yerevan and Regions Due to Emergency Regulations
Based on the provisions of the Government of the Republic of Armenia's decision No. 298-N dated March 16, 2020, regarding the declaration of a state of emergency in the Republic of Armenia, and the inspections conducted from May 11 to May 14, 2020, the following measures have been taken:
- Activities of the branches (located at the given addresses) of the following enterprises are banned for 24 hours:
- 1) "City" LLC, Yerevan, Tigran Mets 10.
- 2) "Khachik Khachatryan" individual entrepreneur, Yerevan, Agatangeghos street 7, building 285.
- 3) "Arsen Avetisyan" individual entrepreneur, Yerevan, Shengavit district, Bagratuniats 13112.
- 4) "Armine and Ani" cooperative, Ararat region, village Hayanist, Bzhshkants 2.
- 5) "Golden Floor" LLC, Vagharshapat, Ashtarak highway.
- 6) "Klarisa Amirxanyan" individual entrepreneur, Vagharshapat, Baghramyan 57.
- 7) "Zoya Sargsyan" individual entrepreneur, Vedi, Gayi 2/3.
- 8) "Armen Shahinyan" individual entrepreneur, Armavir, 5th street, building 1.
- 9) "Chimeg" LLC, Artashat, August 23 street, building 74/7.
- 10) "Lev-King" LLC, Artashat, August 23 street, building 23/49a.
- 11) "Shushan Hovhannisyan" individual entrepreneur, Artashat, August 23 street, building 15/1.
- 12) "Marine Hakobyan" individual entrepreneur, Artashat, August 23 street, building 23/2.
2. The head of the Health and Labor Inspection Agency of the Republic of Armenia, Hakob Avagyan, is instructed to inform the enterprises about this decision.
3. The activities of the enterprises are banned from the moment of notification.
4. The Chief of the Police of the Republic of Armenia, Arman Sargsyan, is tasked with ensuring full oversight of compliance with the requirements stated in point 1 of this decision.
5. This decision comes into effect upon publication.
