Tree Falls in Yerevan, Damaging House Roof and Cemetery Wall
On May 5, at 12:51 PM, the National Crisis Management Center received a call reporting that a tree had broken and fallen onto the roof of a house near Azraskhasratyan Street in Yerevan, causing damage.
A firefighting team from the Emergency Situations Ministry's Rescue Service in Yerevan was dispatched to the scene. It was discovered that a tree located in a cemetery area had broken at its base and fallen onto the roof of one of the houses. As a result, approximately 3 square meters of the roof, about 4.5 square meters of the cemetery wall, and an adjacent pavilion were damaged.
Specialized equipment was present at the scene, and the rescuers assisted in removing the tree from the roof.
