One of the Five Officials Who Violated Information Freedom was the Minister of Environment
Shushan Doydoyan, the president of the 'Center for Freedom of Information,' made a post on Facebook regarding a list of officials who violated information freedom in 2019.
“We had published a blacklist of officials who violated information freedom in 2019. Today, of the five high-ranking officials included in that list, four have been relieved of their positions. The last one was the Minister of Environment. There is a direct connection between violating information freedom and poor performance. If an official does not understand the value of public and accountable work, they cannot be a good official.
