Marijuana Found During Vehicle Search of Individual Detained by Artik Police

Police officers from the Artik division conducted an operation based on received intelligence, detaining a 36-year-old resident of the same street at the intersection of Independence and Tufa Workers streets.

During the vehicle search, the detained individual presented a strong smelling, greenish, crushed dry substance to the law enforcement officers. According to him, the substance is marijuana that he had harvested for personal use.

This information was reported by the Republic of Armenia Police. An expert examination has been appointed, and materials are being prepared.
