Contract Serviceman Who Died Yesterday Was from Ararat Province: Governor

Garik Sargsyan, the governor of Ararat Province, made the following post on his Facebook page: "Yesterday, a contract serviceman, Taron Rubik Poghosyan, born in 1988, sustained a fatal injury from a landmine explosion while stationed at one of the military units in the south. He was a resident of Ararat Province. I extend my condolences to the family members, relatives, and comrades of the deceased serviceman."
