Rescue Workers Arrive in Stepanakert to Remove Ring from Citizen's Finger

On May 3rd at 5:22 AM, the crisis management center received a call from a citizen reporting that a resident of 29 Ulubabyan Street in Stepanakert was unable to remove a ring from their finger and needed assistance from rescue workers.

The State Service for Emergency Situations of Artsakh stated that a duty operational group from the special rapid response unit of the rescue forces was dispatched to the scene. The rescuers provided the necessary assistance and successfully removed the ring.
