«Why is the competition being held urgently and with this composition? It's not hard to guess». Khajakyán
The leader of the "Luyc" faction in the Yerevan City Council, David Khajakyán, wrote on his Facebook page: "Currently, a competition for the director of the greening community organization is taking place in one of the city hall's rooms. Much has been said in the media about the situation surrounding this position. It has even been challenged in court.
Now it is proceeding according to the minister's order issued 16 days ago, which stipulates that there will be 5 members in the competition committee. This order is supposedly progressive, providing for the presence of two city council members. But what has our mayor done? He appointed both city council members without any coordination from among the representatives of the ruling party, 'My Step.' Therefore, the competition committee consists of three representatives from the staff and two representatives from the ruling city council members.
It's not hard to guess why the competition is being held urgently and with this composition. I will only say that some participants are already preparing to file a lawsuit again to prevent these illegalities. It's sad, but this is the approach of this government, which does not justify people's past expectations in any way."
