Employees of the National Assembly Staff Receiving Warnings Will Be Deprived of Rewards: Tigran Galstyan

Today, I made a very important decision aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the work of the National Assembly Staff of Armenia. This is stated by Tigran Galstyan, the head of the National Assembly Staff of Armenia, on his Facebook page.

"Employees of the National Assembly Staff who propose applicable recommendations to enhance the efficiency, rationalization, automation, or qualitative development of the staff's work will receive significant incentives and rewards. Those employees who have received warnings for poor performance or violations of established procedures will be deprived of potential subsequent rewards (in part or entirely). The enhancement of efficiency will be unpreventable. We consider the old working methods unacceptable in the new era," he wrote.
