Cadastre Committee Service Offices to Resume Operations
The Cadastre Committee informs that all service offices of the Cadastre Committee, except for the 'Vardenis' service office, will resume operations starting April 28.
The offices will continue to accept only the following types of applications:
- State registration of property rights and restrictions,
- State registration of termination of rights,
- Registration of real estate addresses,
- Making entries on name changes,
- Information about registered rights on property,
- Return of submitted documents,
- Issuance of new certificates,
- Correction of errors,
- Termination of proceedings,
- Issuance of document copies.
Applications other than the above types will be accepted only through the website www.e-cadastre.am for the time being.
The Committee urges individuals who have the ability to electronically sign documents to submit all applications exclusively through the website www.e-cadastre.am.
It is also noted that all final documents prepared based on submitted applications (except copies and returned documents) can only be obtained through the website www.e-cadastre.am.
