Beeline Reopens Several Sales and Service Offices
Beeline announces the reopening of several sales and service offices. The offices have reopened in almost all administrative districts of Yerevan, as well as in the regional centers of Vanadzor, Ijevan, Yeghgneadzor, Kapan, Gyumri, Ashtarak, Hrazdan, Gavarr, Armavir, and Artashat.
The offices will operate on a special working schedule from Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
“We at Beeline attach great importance to the health and safe communication of our employees and customers. Therefore, hand sanitizers have been installed in all sales offices for both customers and employees. The areas are regularly ventilated and disinfected, and services are provided while maintaining social distancing. Based on safety norms, entry to service offices will require face masks,” said Andrey Pyatokhin, General Director of Beeline in Armenia.
It should be noted that Beeline’s services can also be accessed online. Free delivery of SIM cards and phones is available throughout Armenia, which can be purchased through the E-shop. Online payments for Beeline mobile and fixed communications or internet services can be made here or through the BeeMoney app. Customers can manage their account and services anytime and anywhere via the My Beeline Armenia app.
Beeline’s customer service is available 24/7, seven days a week at 0611 for mobile phones and 100 for fixed lines. Subscribers can also send messages to the official Beeline Armenia page on Facebook.
