Stable Growth Rate Observed, Fluctuating Between 3-4% Daily, Says Arsen Torosyan

Analyzing the number of new coronavirus cases over the past week, we can note that we have a stable growth rate fluctuating between 3-4% daily. We also have approximately the same number of patients undergoing treatment, which fluctuates between 700-800. This indicates that we all need to make additional efforts to reduce the growth rate and "do not have the right" to lose vigilance and let down our guard.

Particularly concerning is the recent surge in cases among healthcare workers, both in regional and Yerevan medical institutions. The use of personal protective equipment by healthcare workers is significantly more critical than by other citizens. They must protect themselves to ensure they do not become a source of infection for their patients and, secondly, to continue their vital mission of providing medical assistance to numerous citizens.
