It Is Impossible to Assume That Any Party from Armenia Can Make Concessions: Zohrab Mnatsakanyan

During a press conference organized at the Operational Headquarters, journalists asked Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan to comment on the statement made by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

"It is impossible to assume that any party from Armenia can make concessions that might jeopardize the security of the people of Artsakh," the minister stated.

It is noteworthy that Lavrov had announced that the proposals presented at the meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia in Moscow last year are actively being discussed, which involve a phased settlement.
