The number of COVID-19 cases in Italy has increased by 2,256, reaching a total of 181,228. This is reported by TASS, citing a statement from the Department of Civil Protection.
In the last 24 hours, 454 people died as a result of the virus. The death toll has now reached 24,114.
Currently, 108,237 citizens are receiving treatment for COVID-19 in Italy.
