Municipality Monitors Trade

The Yerevan Municipality informs on its Facebook page: by the decision of the Governor, local self-government bodies are currently supporting the RA Police in monitoring economic operators.

Employees of the Yerevan Municipality's Trade and Services Department, Public Order Protection, as well as administrative districts are conducting inspections in shops providing essential goods to ensure compliance with the requirements set under the state of emergency.

Special attention is being paid to maintaining social distancing, providing hygiene supplies for customers, and ensuring that employees are wearing masks and gloves as required.

During these days, municipal subdivisions are also conducting spot checks in various parts of the city, prohibiting illegal outdoor trading.
