Coronavirus Detected in Georgian Clergyman from Tbilisi
A clergyman from a Russian church located in the center of Tbilisi, Yonna Bogoslov, has been hospitalized after testing positive for coronavirus. Four church attendants who had contact with him, along with their family members, have also been transferred to the hospital, as reported by Palitranews.
According to the source, the ill clergyman participated in two church ceremonies preceding the Holy Resurrection festival. It is possible that the source of the infection is the clergyman’s sister, who works as a nurse in one of the hospitals.
Currently, investigations are underway to determine the source of the infection.
