Armenian Foreign Ministry on Citizens Stranded at Domodedovo Airport
The Armenian Foreign Ministry has addressed the situation regarding Armenian citizens at Moscow's Domodedovo Airport, announcing that the Armenian Embassy in Russia is in constant contact with these citizens.
“Embassy staff have visited them and provided essential supplies. According to the embassy, about 25 Armenian citizens were at the airport. Out of these, 18 have been accommodated in a hotel near the airport at their request,” the ministry stated in a released message.
We once again urge our citizens to maintain constant contact with the Armenian Embassy in Russia, to trust only information received from official sources or based on them, and to remain calm and vigilant,” the Foreign Ministry’s statement added.
