Throwing Masks and Gloves on the Road Leads to the Spread of Infection
In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of personal protective equipment, including masks and gloves, is prohibited from being discarded on roads or nearby areas. This was announced by the Road Department of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.
"Such behavior contributes to the spread of infection and deteriorates the epidemic situation. Masks, gloves, as well as used tissues should be thrown into closed trash bins. The Road Department also informs that contractor organizations are conducting cleanup work for litter scattered on the roads," the statement reads.
It urges everyone to take care of their own health as well as the environment. Stay healthy," the message concludes.
