Three Cases of Coronavirus Reported in Lori Region: Governor

Dear residents of Lori, I would like to inform you that as of now, there are three confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in the Lori region. The contact persons who interacted with the infected individuals have been identified and are all in isolation. This was reported by the Governor of Lori, Andrey Ghukasian, on his Facebook page.

“The situation in our region is being monitored by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia and the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The implementation of the Prime Minister's directives during the state of emergency and the measures aimed at preventing the spread of the infection are under my continuous attention,” he noted.

“I urge everyone to refrain from spreading false or unverified information and to follow only official news. I ask and urge everyone to adhere to the Prime Minister's instructions/restrictions and to stay at home, only going out when absolutely necessary. Do not jeopardize your health and the health of your loved ones,” he emphasized.
