Avoid Traveling to the Republic of Armenia: Artsakh Police
In order to prevent the possible spread of a new type of coronavirus infection in the Republic of Artsakh, the police of the Republic of Artsakh call on people to refrain from traveling to the Republic of Armenia in the coming days.
2. Transporting a limited number of individuals, including by public transport, is advised.
3. For obtaining, exchanging passports and other passport-related operations, vehicle registration, re-registration, accounting, re-accounting, obtaining permits related to licensing of weapons circulation, trade and production, as well as for public services provided by the police, it is recommended to apply to the police of the Republic of Artsakh only in cases of urgent necessity.
4. At the same time, we inform that if the validity period of the passport has expired, and its exchange is solely for participating in voting during elections, then there is no need to apply for passport services, as the expiration of the passport's validity is not a basis for preventing a voter from casting their vote.
