Armenia Airlines to Provide Vouchers to Passengers of Canceled Flights
Armenia Airlines will offer vouchers equivalent to the value of tickets to passengers of canceled flights due to the new type of coronavirus, valid for one year.
Georg Khachatryan, deputy director of Armenia Airlines, wrote this on the airline's official Facebook page. “Dear colleagues and passengers, considering the situation, the mass suspension of flights, and ticket returns, Armenia Airlines will offer passengers vouchers equivalent to the value of their tickets, valid for one year. 95 percent of the Armenia Airlines staff is currently on leave entitled to them and paid for by the airline. The airline does not dismiss its obligations and expects your understanding in this situation. We wish you all good health,” Khachatryan wrote.
Armenia Airlines has canceled all flights on the Yerevan-Lyon-Yerevan route until April 16. All flights on the Yerevan-Tel Aviv-Yerevan route have been canceled until April 9.
