Currently, the ambulances present in the city have not arrived due to any calls or incidents; rather, they have come to isolate individuals who have been in close contact with a confirmed coronavirus case and their family members for testing and further checks. This was stated by Ejmiatsin Mayor Diana Gasparyan during a live broadcast. She reported that the infected individual is being treated at the 'Nork' Infectious Diseases Hospital. 'In any case, their condition is not severe, and they feel normal,' said Gasparyan, addressing the panic that had arisen in the city following the revelation that one of the infected citizens is a resident of Ejmiatsin.

It is noteworthy that several ambulances arrived in Ejmiatsin in the morning.
