“Vostrichi Aperi” Bedroom Chandelier Features Symbol of 'Thieves in Law'

An ArmDaily.am correspondent took photographs in the bedroom of the Vostrichi Aperi house, where it is visible that two chandeliers in the room are adorned with eight-pointed stars known as 'vostmikonchik'.

The eight-pointed stars, or 'vostmikonchik', are among the most recognized tattoos in the criminal world, indicating that the bearer of this tattoo has been crowned as a 'thief in law'. This tattoo is traditionally acquired during criminal 'skhodka'.
