‘Hraparak’. ‘Thief in Law’ Andranik Sogoyan, nicknamed ‘Zap’, decides to ‘sit’
‘Hraparak’ newspaper writes: ‘The law on criminal subculture has disrupted the lives of the thieves. Some of them are emigrating. Meanwhile, those who for some reason cannot travel abroad are moving to Artsakh, until they see what happens next.
According to the newspaper’s information, ‘thief in law’ Andranik Sogoyan, known as ‘Zap’, has decided to ‘sit’. He has been sentenced to 22 years in prison for murder in the Czech Republic and is currently on the run, thus he cannot leave the country. He said, ‘I’ll go sit at home’ hoping that he won’t feel too bad in prison, as everyone else will leave the country while he remains effectively the only active thief.’
