Who is the armed individual that stormed 'Erebuni Plaza'?

The newspaper ‘Hraparak’ reports: Yesterday, the individual who stormed ‘Erebuni Plaza’ and opened fire, taking 10 hostages, unexpectedly surrendered his weapon and left the scene in the vehicle of the acting police chief. It turned out that he is 36-year-old Arthur Torosyan from the village of Ayntap in the Ararat region.

Upon examining his Facebook page, we discovered that he is among the supporters of Robert Kocharyan, and as early as August 2019, he posted expressing hope that R. Kocharyan would be released. His friends list also included other supporters of Kocharyan. From his page, we also learned that he studied at the Pedagogical University and the National Academy of Public Administration of Armenia.
