‘Hraparak’ – Investigation into Illegal Adoptions Has Reached an Impasse
‘Hraparak’ writes: “The investigation into illegal adoptions has reached a deadlock, as sufficient evidence has not been obtained. However, since the Prime Minister himself spoke about this issue during a government meeting, the collapse of the case would mean that Pashinyan has made yet another unprovable statement. This has been reported by ‘Hraparak’.
“One of the motives for initiating this case was to gather evidence against Mikael Minasian. The current government has thought that since the majority of the adopters are from Italy, it is possible that the former Armenian ambassador to the Vatican played a role, and an order was given to obtain evidence of his complicity at any cost. However, the NSS has been unable to find any facts.”
