Larsi is Open, But There Are Impassable Roads in Armenia
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of January 23, at 08:00 AM, there are difficult driving conditions on certain roads in Armenia.
The Vardenyats Pass is open for all types of vehicles, but trucks with trailers may only pass if equipped with tire chains.
The Sotk-Karvachar road is impassable for all types of vehicles.
In the Syunik region, there are patches of black ice on some roads.
According to information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs' Emergency Management Department and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations' North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, the Stepanstminda-Larsi road is open for all types of vehicles.
