“Former NSS Director Gevorg Kutoyan’s mysterious death has raised concerns. Sources indicate that after returning from London, he was in a depressed and distressed state, which was noticed by his relatives. At one point, he told his wife, ‘I feel like a useless person,’ and even implied that he did not want to live. The last incident occurred on January 6 when he fired a shot inside the house. Reportedly, his wife, sensing her husband's intentions, gathered the spent cartridges, but he managed to procure ammunition from somewhere else. Nonetheless, those who knew him are perplexed as to what could have driven a person with a stable character to such drastic measures.”
