Kocharian's Legal Team Plans to Submit Motion for Judge Anna Danibekyan's Recusal
The legal team of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, is preparing to submit a motion for the recusal of Judge Anna Danibekyan.
This was reported by the legal team representing Robert Kocharian.
The next hearing in the case of Robert Kocharian and others will take place on January 21 at 13:00 at the General Jurisdiction Court of Yerevan, Shengavit branch. The session will be presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan.
