Road Conditions as of 23:00
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of January 17, at 23:00, there are closed and difficult-to-navigate roads in the territory of Armenia.
The Sotk-Karmiraghjik highway is closed for trucks and difficult for other vehicles. The Vardenyats Pass is difficult for trucks but passable for other vehicles. The H-31 highway segment from Hartashen to Tashir is closed.
On the roads of the Syunik region and the M-4 highway (in the Tavush region), there are instances of black ice. According to information received from the Emergency Situations Department of Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Crisis Management Center of the North Ossetia Emergency Situations Ministry of Russia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
