Meeting Between Prime Minister Pashinyan and Yerevan Council's 'My Step' Group Concludes
The meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the "My Step" faction of the Yerevan City Council has concluded. Pashinyan left the city hall without answering reporters' questions.
Outside the city hall, citizens had gathered, hoping to share their concerns with the Prime Minister. However, Pashinyan apologized to them, indicating that he was in a hurry, as reported by news.am.
In a conversation with journalists, Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan stated that it was a general working meeting. "You’ll remember that another meeting was held last year. We also noted that these meetings could be more frequent, as many issues arise among our council members related to various departments and processes. This meeting is crucial for synchronizing the work of local self-government and the government," he said.
