The Theft of a "Tel-Cell" Payment Terminal Has Been Solved
On November 14, a "Tel-Cell" payment terminal owned by Tel-Cell LLC was stolen from one of the stores on Papazyan Street. Through operational and investigative measures undertaken by the Arabkir division of the police, it was revealed that the theft was committed by a 37-year-old man from the village of Dalari. He was apprehended on December 13 at 2:30 PM from the Yegvard highway, presented to the investigative body, and subsequently arrested.
Measures are being taken to recover the stolen property.
