‘Haykakan Zham’ Reports: Arsen Babayan's Criminal Case Sent to Prosecutor's Office

‘Haykakan Zham’ reports that the investigation into a criminal case regarding violations of the powers of the Constitutional Court and official forgery, which is being conducted by the Investigative Committee, has concluded for former National Assembly President Ara Babloyan and former Deputy Chief of Staff Arsen Babayan.

The case has been sent to the Prosecutor's Office, and it will soon become clear whether the prosecuting attorney will forward the case to court, dismiss it, or return it for additional investigation. Arsen Babayan is confident that the case will only be subject to dismissal. 'Considering the materials of the case, the Prosecutor's Office has no other option but to dismiss it due to the absence of a crime,' he stated.
