Fog Present in Aparan and Ashtarak Cities as of 23:00

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of 23:00 on December 14, there are impassable roads in the territory of Armenia. The Sotk-Karmir is open for all types of vehicles, while trucks can pass using snow chains.

There is black ice in certain areas of the Vardenis Pass and the Sotk-Karmir highway. Fog is present in the cities of Aparan and Ashtarak in the Aragatsotn province.

According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the North Ossetia Emergency Situations Ministry, the Stepantsminda-Larsi road is open for all types of transportation.
