Snow Falls in Dilijan Turns, Talin, Jermuk, Hrazdan and Other Cities

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of December 4 at 23:00, there are closed and difficult-to-navigate roads across the territory of Armenia.

The Vardenyats Pass (from the Gegharkunik region) is closed to trucks with trailers. The Sotk-Karvachar road is difficult to navigate for trucks, while it is open for other vehicles.

There is black ice present on the Vardenyats Pass and the Sotk-Karvachar road. Snow is falling in the Vardenyats Pass, the turns of Dilijan, the city of Talin in the Aragatsotn region, the city of Jermuk in the Vayots Dzor region, the cities of Hrazdan and Charentsavan in the Kotayk region, and in the Ashotsk region of Shirak.
