Threatening Incident Near Vitaly Balasanyan's Office

On December 2nd, around 15:50, a kidnapping attempt and provocation occurred near the entrance of the "For Artsakh" office. This information was reported by the Facebook page of Vitaly Balasanyan, former Secretary of the National Security Council of Artsakh and a national hero.

The post specifically states: "Two young men attempted to kidnap Tatevik Virabyan, a Facebook user known as Tatev Artsakh, who was called out of the office and was subjected to rude, sexually explicit insults. This incident is unprecedented as these individuals were clearly provoking other members of the office. This incident further confirms that the events in June 2018 at the well-known bus station were not expressions of public outrage, but rather an organized provocation by a group of individuals, led by the same two brothers. We demand that the Artsakh Police and other relevant authorities treat this statement as a report of a crime and hold those responsible accountable, as the lack of accountability for these individuals has become alarming."
