VIDEO: Schoolchildren Are Falling Into Dependency on Chewing Tobacco - Snus
The usage of chewing tobacco, known as snus, is becoming increasingly common among schoolchildren in Russia. Although its sale is permitted only for those aged 18 and over, children find ways to acquire this dangerous mixture. It leads to addiction and severe poisoning. According to Moscow24, the product is particularly widespread among students in Moscow, raising concerns among parents.
Furthermore, a bill has been submitted to the State Duma that aims to prohibit the wholesale and retail sale of this type of tobacco, as well as any mixtures containing nicotine or other narcotic substances, reports Interfax.
