For Russia, There Is No More Important Issue Than Interethnic Relations, Says Putin
For a multi-ethnic country like Russia, there is no more important issue than interethnic relations. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a council meeting on issues of interethnic relations.
“In such a complex country as Russia, with its ethnic and religious makeup, no issue is more important than the problem of interethnic relations. If we want to achieve unity among the Russian people, we must certainly constantly engage with this issue, and we will do so,” said Putin.
