The former director of the National Security Service, Arthur Vanetsyan, has posted a photo on his Instagram page with His Holiness Aram I, the Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia, along with a commentary:
“If the revolution is a reaction and confirms that it does not turn into a process that transforms the life of the people, it will become just a bubble...”

Catholicos Aram I also made a statement on Twitter, indicating: “Any revolution will quickly become heated if it lacks a promise as its foundation. And when that promise is distanced from the realities of life, a profound chasm will arise between the people and the government—a situation that will carry unforeseen dangers.”
