Nazik Amiryan's Case Separated from Manvel Grigoryan's Case
In the Central and Norq Marash Administrative District Court of Yerevan, presided over by Mnatsakan Martirosyan, a decision was made to separate the case of former MP and General Manvel Grigoryan from that of his wife, Nazik Amiryan.
The court noted that the hearings have been frequently postponed due to Manvel Grigoryan's health condition, which has led to the separation of the case. This decision angered the defense attorneys, particularly Gurgen Grigoryan, who announced that he would submit a motion for the disqualification of Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan at the next hearing.
The court hearing for Nazik Amiryan's case has been scheduled for December 3. It is worth noting that the court has not yet moved to the substantive examination of this case, as sessions have regularly been delayed due to Manvel Grigoryan's worsening health condition.
