Why Armenian Journalists Went to Baku
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia has responded to inquiries regarding the journalists who traveled to Baku, explaining who they are and what their program entails.
"From November 17 to 21, there has been an exchange of groups of journalists. Representatives of media outlets from Armenia and Artsakh visited Azerbaijan, while Azerbaijani media representatives visited Armenia and Artsakh. This program was prepared and implemented in coordination with the personal representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and with the involvement of the relevant authorities from Armenia, Artsakh, and Azerbaijan," the MFA stated in their response.
According to our information, three journalists from Armenia traveled to Baku, two from Armenia and one from Artsakh. We are aware of which media outlets they represent, and they will officially announce more specific details soon.
