Surprising That There Is A Caucasian Leopard In The Region, Says Grigoryan On Leopard Attack

Employees of the ministry have been dispatched to Yenokavan and are currently there, having also met with the affected individual. This was stated by the Minister of Environment, Erik Grigoryan, during a conversation with reporters regarding the incident of a leopard attacking a citizen in one of the forests of Yenokavan.

“It was actually very surprising, as the Caucasian leopard has not been seen in that region for decades. According to descriptions and specialists, it was indeed a Caucasian leopard,” he said.
